This retreat is suitable for beginners to the more seasoned yoga practitioner. It is a great way to experience being taught by an expert Yoga Teacher, to really deepen your Yoga journey, and also to see how Yin yoga approach can be brought to your yoga mat, and your life.
We aim to support and empower you to bring these practices home with you after the weekend so you can practice at home.
This retreat is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, but will also challenge each person to work with the postures to their own ability.
