A day to escape, but also to come home… to you.
A day for all our 8 senses! The morning will be a Yoga practice where I will help you to really check in with your body (interoception) and see how you’re doing on a deep and detailed level. Sometimes we will work hard on strengthening, balancing practices (propreoception), sometimes we will flow more freely (vestibular)… I will guide you to your own Yoga with your individual desires at the forefront, mixed with a large helping of up-to-date bio-mechanical research. You will find an achievable, pleasureable Yoga practice that you can take home with you.
A deliciously healthy lunch will follow, or you are welcome to disappear for a walk by the sea, or to a local cafe. (taste, smell, sight)
The afternoon will be a combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga, with pranyama, guided mindfulness meditation (hearing), accompanied by mini massages for your feet, hands and shoulders (touch) , to bring you into a deep level of relaxation, which our tissues crave, because deep rest is the single most healing gift we can give to our precious bodies.
And you still get to sleep in your own bed!
There is a limited number of places, but if there is space it may be possible to attend one of the sessions.
