- a lifetime access half hour personal practice video made FOR YOU after our session together
- access to the Easing Menopause facebook library (options available if you don’t have FB)
- new weekly practices delivered to your email to add to new and lasting tools
- a 15 minute personal session twice a month to tease out anything that’s coming up for you or tweak your practices
- daily, you can send me one “request some motivation” text if you need it!
- a 60 minute session every week at a rate at a fraction of the cost of a one off private session.
Personally and professionally, I know that the stages of menopause make life more difficult. Stresses that you handled with equanimity become a source of anxiety and overwhelm. The need to take time out from relationships, parenting, and juggling household and work becomes more palpable, and urgent. Your body and mind may feel like they’re “letting you down”.
You are not failing, and you are not alone. This is natural, there are reasons for it, but you need help… you certainly deserve it.
Your body is becoming very different and needs to be supported differently. It may be changing shape on the outside, and it certainly is on the inside. But how you have minded your body up until now may suddenly not have the same positive effects as it did before. It needs different care than before.
Let me help you discover what you may need to change, and how, and help you find a structure upon which to lean.
This online course gives you one online consultation with me, a personal video made after your consultation for you to use at home, and then access for 12 weeks to my Facebook closed page where I post video and audio classes and meditations to help you through your journey through menopause. (If you don’t have facebook, you can receive a video to your inbox, but there are more classes available on the facebook group.)
To help you stay motivated, I will send you an achievable, sustainable weekly practice via a PDF to your inbox to add to your toolkit. These may be about strength, body changes, pain, nutrition, stress, sleep, mood, and a host of other things.
Twice a month you will have a 15 minute session with me by phone or via zoom to answer any questions you may have about new issues arising, or requests for different supports.
If you are struggling with motivation, I will answer one text per day if you need it.
If you need more focused and intensive support and learning, you can upgrade to replace those 15 minute sessions with weekly one hour one-to one meetings.
Yoga can help you with key physical needs of this time: Gut health; bone density; muscle mass; cardio-vascular health; joint mobility, weight changes, and with your emotional strain, easing stress, poor sleep, fatigue, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem that can be a struggle during your peri-menopause and beyond.

I have been teaching Yoga for 17 years, and specialising in Yoga for the Stages of Menopause for 5 years. I am currently qualifying as a Nutrition and Health Coach. I am a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and a Yoga Elder with the IYN.
