*Thursday evenings, you can enjoy almost two & a half hours of Yoga from 7.15-9.40 (Hatha, segues with only a brief pause into Somatic/Restorative) or you can do Hatha only and leave at 8.30, or arrive at 8.30 for just Somatic/Restorative
All classes are at Kilcoole Community Centre.
Though they are all Menopause friendly and supportive, it is in workshops, private sessions, Easing Menopause Package, in Nutrition and Health Coaching, and in my Yoga for Menopause Teacher Training that I go more in depth into supports for this life-phase.
If you have to miss a class, you can attend any other class during that term, either in studio or online, or you can have a recorded class emailed to you. This cost allows you access to my Facebook library also.
