I know that the stages of menopause make life more difficult. Stresses that you handled with equanimity become a source of anxiety and overwhelm. The need to take time out from relationships, parenting, and juggling household and work becomes more palpable, and urgent. Now we are also struggling with a global trauma, and lacking any time away from those stresses.
You are not failing, and you are not alone. This is natural, there are reasons for it, but you may need help… you certainly deserve it.

This online course gives you one online consultation with me, face-to-face and one-to-one, and then access for 4 weeks to my Facebook closed page where I will post video and audio classes and meditations to help you through the extra struggle of menopause at a time when there is so much additional uncertainty.
