Personally and professionally, I know that menopause can make life more difficult. Your body and mind may feel like they’re “letting you down”.
This is natural, there are reasons for it, but you need help… you certainly deserve it.
Your body is becoming very different and needs to be supported differently. It may be changing shape on the outside, and it certainly is on the inside. How you have minded your body up until now may not have the same positive effects as it did before. It needs different care than before.
