Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions; Including our payment and cancellation policies.
These apply to both online and in studio services.
1 – Your health and wellbeing
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any Session, Class, Course or Event which they attend.
Clients accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session.
Instructors are trained within the discipline of Yoga and Thai Massage Therapist, as such, they do not diagnose or prescribe on a medical level. If you have a medical condition, Yinstinct Yoga does not advise that you discontinue treatment, as any work is intended to be in harmony with whatever other supports you need to stay safe and well. Your self-care is your responsibility, and ask you to be mindful of pain sensations, which should never be ignored. You must tell the instructor if you experience adverse reactions, even if you think they may be a “necessary evil” as part of your progress to better mobility.
Before class please inform instructor of any medical conditions or injuries which may warrant additional precautions to be taken in class.
Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant or suspect you may be expecting. (Expectant mothers can practice yoga but modifications are recommended depending on the trimester. Not all yoga is suitable for mums. We ask that mums-to-be consult their physician before commencing a programme of activity.)
In attending classes you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yinstinct Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage, loss or theft or wrongful death.

3 – Online payment policy

Payment for all classes must be received on the day or days prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place.
Packages cannot be transferred to another client and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase. By purchasing your class you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date chosen at time of purchase.
Part used packages are non refundable. Clients cannot split or share packages.
Where there is an option to attend part of a course, priority for spaces is given to those who are booking the full course. You may forfeit your place if you book only part, the course becomes full, and another participant arises who wants to attend the whole course.
Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.
4 – Cancellation policy
All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to a 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you maybe charged for it. Please see below for individual Class cancellation policies.
*Please talk to your instructor! Because, of course, in cases of serious illness, hospitalisation, bereavement, or the like, Yinstinct Yoga will be as accommodating as possible.
Weekly in-studio classes
When you purchase a course (usually 12-15 weeks) that course must be used within the stated weeks of that term. Missed classes cannot be brought over into subsequent terms. Yinstinct Yoga cannot retrospectively refund missed classes. Payment can be made in instalments, one on or before the first week, the second no later than one month after.
if you must miss your weekly class, you are welcome to make it up by coming to any other class within that term, but not after your course fee has elapsed.
Even though most people pay for a specific day, the reality is that all classes are open to you. With the assumption that you will regularly attend on the same day each week, this payment structure essentially allows you access to a choice of 5 classes per week.
You can purchase a full course, or a full course minus two weeks max, at the discounted rate (ie instead of 8 weeks @ €100, you could purchase 6 weeks €80. Thereafter you are advised to do drop-in, as the complexity of keeping track of who has paid for and attended what classes gets confusing for all.
As always, you can attend any class during the term to make up for classes missed (for example, if you pay for 8 Wednesdays and miss one on week 3, you can come at another time during that week, or come twice on week 5, or 8 etc). We will do our best to keep track of your attendance, but you are trusted to be chiefly in charge of monitoring and honouring that yourself.

Where there is an option to attend part of a course, priority for spaces is given to those who are booking the full course. You may forfeit your place if you book only part, the course becomes full, and another participant arises who wants to attend the whole course.
