February Series

Please note: Because of the supportive atmosphere of the sessions, it is NOT possible to attend only week 2, 3 or 4. If you want to attend any of the 3 later weeks, you MUST also attend week 1 on February 3rd when we will be getting to know one another.
If you have a date that you can’t attend, but would like to do all 4, we can record a session and send it to you, but only if you have attended the first session.

All classes focus on functional, achievable movement aimed at the improvement or maintenance of a healthy body. No Yoga pretzels expected!
