A few times per year I facilitate retreats at the Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and bright Burren Yoga Retreat Centre in the West of Ireland.

Enjoy this gift to you of delicious movement, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation, of scrumptious veggie food and guided walks in the famous, and extraordinary Burren hills by a very experienced local guide, surrounded by beautiful nature, all within a small group of like-minded people.
The retreats are open to all, and though it is not officially a Yoga for Menopause retreat, I will be using the same techniques, as they are useful for all.
You will go home with useable tools to help you with whatever the difficulties of your life. Further, there is plenty of time to chat to me, and I am happy to support you and answer questions during and outside the yoga sessions.
The new centre has given a huge lease of life. What was always a welcoming, cosy, authentic yoga retreat centre, is now supercharged with everything from ensuite single and king-size rooms, to budget dorm style rooms.
A week will help you really drop deep, truly support your nervous system, help to kickstart a yoga habit, strengthen your body and ease your aches, and enable you to make lasting connections in a safe environment.
However you are welcome to join for part of the retreat if you can’t spare a whole week.
It’s a stunning area in the middle of this geographical wonder that is the Burren, with the sea nearby for Atlantic swimming, a beautiful lake nearby for a different kind of swim or just a wander, optional guided outings, and introductions to some of the lovely restaurants in the area.
A seriously nourishing staycation, and well worth a flight if you’re thinking of joining from abroad.

This retreat is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, but will also challenge each person to work with the postures and other practices to their own ability and desire.
